1. All content and information shared within the Apex Visionaries (AV) group is strictly private and confidential. Outside of AV, never discuss any information shared within AV, without exceptions. This includes maintaining the strict confidentiality of members’ personal and sensitive information, current and past member rosters, M2Mx (Member-to-Member exchange) requests, and any “off the record” comments made by speakers and resources. The purpose of this rule is to provide a safe and non-judgmental space for members to speak freely and discuss various topics.

2. Any conflicts of interest should be disclosed and approved in advance.

3. Comply with the non-solicitation policy, which means refraining from unsolicited attempts to sell products or services, seek special advantages, or raise funds from other members. This includes both business-related solicitations and requests related to charitable or political causes, regardless of their merit. Please report any violation of this rule to inof@apexvisionaries.com.

4. Members are required to attend the monthly calls. Failure to attend two or more calls within one year may result in the loss of membership.

5. Always respect the decisions of fellow members when they decline any requests or proposals.

6. Right to remove members: We reserve the right to terminate the membership of any member who violates any of the group’s rules or engages in conduct that is not consistent with our values. Similarly, members have the right to leave the group at any time.
