What we collect when you apply

When you send an application, we receive your name, email address, company and your answer to why you want to join. We use this information only to review your application, contact you about it and, if you become a member, to organise your membership. We do not use it for marketing and we do not sell or share it with third parties for their own purposes.

Hosting and transfer abroad

This website and its application form are hosted by Netlify, Inc., based in the United States. Netlify stores form submissions on our behalf and processes technical access data (such as IP address, time of access and browser type) to deliver the site and keep it secure. This means data may be transferred to the United States. We rely on appropriate safeguards for this transfer, such as the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

Cookies, analytics and fonts

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking tools. Fonts are hosted on our own server, so no data is sent to font providers when you visit.

How long we keep your data

We keep application data as long as we need it to review your application and, for members, for the duration of the membership. Applications that do not lead to membership are deleted after 12 months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. You can also object to how we process it. Send your request to thomas.laengle@apexvisionaries.com. If you believe we are handling your data incorrectly, you can contact the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) in Switzerland, or the data protection authority in your EU country.
